Euphrasia Officinalis, or eyebright, helps to relieve the inflammation in the nasal cavity (stuffy nose) often associated with a nasal allergy or common cold symptoms.*

Nettle (Urtica dioica)

Studies have shown that nettle can potentially act as an antihistamine, reducing the amount of histamine produced by the body.*

Goldenseal (Hydrastis canadensis)

Goldenseal is known to support a healthy immune system response, particularly in mucus membranes, which can help keep cold and allergy infections at bay.*

Grape Vine (Vitis vinifera)

Grape vine is commonly known for being an antioxidant, but has shown to help with expectoration of mucus buildup that can be seen with allergy, cold, and flu symptoms.*

Purple Coneflower (Echinacea purpurea)

Purple coneflower has been shown to increase the number of white blood cells in the bloodstream, helping to prevent the initial infection.*

Do not use if you are sensitive to any of these ingredients. If you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
Directions Adults and children 12 or more years of age: take 1 or 2 tablets 3 times daily with meals. An extra dose may be taken at bedtime if needed. Do not exceed 8 tablets in a 24 hour period. The smallest effective dose should be used. Do not give to children under 12. Do not exceed recommended dose.

Inactive Ingredients: Lactose, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable cellulose.
